an advance level to the Café EXPRESS™
program called Cafe EXPRESS PLATINUM!
After you place your tenth order with Green Mountain Coffee, as a Café EXPRESS member, you will automatically start receiving greater discounts on your coffee – every time you order.

Does this apply our existing order history? If we’ve already place 10+ orders will we get the automatic Platinum designation or will it be after our NEXT 10 orders? What order levels need to be reached to maintain Platinum status?
Yes, your account has been automatically updated to Platinum if you’ve already placed 10 orders as a member of Cafe EXPRESS. Once promoted to Platinum, there are no minimum orders levels required to stay Platinum. To stay, simply keep your Cafe EXPRESS order active. Once someone quits Cafe EXPRESS, their order count returns to zero and they must place 10 more orders to return to Platinum status.
Great idea to reward loyalty for Cafe Express members — looking forward to the additional discount in the future.
