I never buy myself a cup of coffee anymore! I love my keurig coffee maker with my K-cups I buy from Green Mountain. It is the best coffee I have ever had and I don’t want any other kind of coffee! Enjoy!

We’ve been using Cafe Express for several years now and love it. The free shipping is great (we always order at least 4 boxes) and the occasional samples of new items are truly appreciated. We are true Green Mountain supporters and always look for the familiar logo whenever we are away from home.
We are also very interested in the relationships Green Mt has developed around the world. Your support of fair trade cooperatives not only brings us interesting coffee, but we can know when the fair trade label is displayed, that the coffee growing is not harmful to the environment and the growers are earning fair prices for their coffee.
I have one concern that maybe someone can help me with. Why can’t the K-cups be made out of a recyclable material? There is a lot more waste with this kind of coffee packaging and if the used K-cups could be added to my compost bin, that would feel so much better!

I find there are some problems with the Cafe Express order system.
It seems difficult to change the delivery date when you would like your order delivered earlier than scheduled. For example, I’d like to change my order to arrive earlier than 9/28, but I couldn’t figure out how to do this readily. (Today is 8/31 so it seems it should be possible to accelerate the order.)
Joining Cafe EXPRESS has made life so much easier! When I first got my Keurig, I’d have to run around to a whole bunch of different stores looking for K-cups in my favorite flavors. Now, with the click of a few buttons, I pick the flavors I want in the quantity I want and my order is delivered right to my doorstep whenever I want! What could be better! The coffee is always fresh, the flavors are delightful, I’m saving money, and best of all, I’m enjoying a delicious cup of fresh-brewed coffee whenever I want it!
I joined Cafe Express a couple of years ago when I got my first Keurig Machine. The savings is great!! My coffee is always on time and my order is always correct. Once, through no fault of Cafe Express, my order arrived in a wet box. I called customer service to tell them about it and they sent out more coffee immediately. How refreshing it was to get customer service like that!! They really do put the customer first….
I love coffee. A morning without my brew would be unthinkable.
One day while waiting for my wife a the local hair solan I noticed a Keurig coffee machine. Well needless to say I had to give it a try. They used Green Mountain coffee.
It was instant love..
Keurig and Green Mountain is a marriage and Café EXPRESS is the child that makes this union a success.
If you are wondering, Yes, I own a Keurig, and am a member of Café EXPRESS. Since joining that family I have never looked back.
What a way to start the day or bring an evening to a close.

I love the fact that I can select and try different coffees and they are delivered right to my husbands office. My husband works for the U.S. gov’t and we live in Italy. They do not sell the K cups in Italy. Without coffee express I would have to have family members in the states send me coffee. I love the convenience and I love my Keurig coffee maker!!
Cafe Express is the best thing that has happened to Coffee. Not only can you change your order, but also the customer representatives are so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I love Green Mountain Coffee and the variety of the K-Cups. If you have not tried the new peach blend – you are missing a wonderful cup of coffee
I must be one of the first members of Cafe Express, I remeber how happy I was looking at my son preparing his own “Cafe au Lait” and taking it with him to School. It was dark and very cold and made his long bus ride pleasant!
Of course he took a second Keuring to College and he moved to hot Cocoa! and I kept sending him box after box of every new flavor!
Now, on his way to graduate school, he prefers the expresso, dark roast, so as you can see we consider Cafe Express like a part of our extended family.
Your service, friendliness and consistency would be hard to replicate. I recommend Green Mountain Coffee and Cafe Express without reservations! One request, I would love to receive the coffee in boxes of 100 units.

I LOVE K-KUPS an avid coffee drinker I go through two (2) 80 packs a month.
When will you get a larger assortment of the 80 cup packs???
Island Coconut® K-Cup is my favorite! But it isn’t available any more.

Making coffee was never a talent of mine. My friends and family would forego a cup of coffee and ask for tea in my house. My daughter bought me the Kuerig coffee maker and now everyone loves my coffee!!! I joined Cafe Express and use Green Mountain Dark Magic Extra Bold……regular and defaf. It is the best I’ve ever tasted and I look forward to that first cup each morning. It brightens my mood and puts me on-track for the rest of the day.
In the evening I can enjoy a cup of decaf without losing sleep or giving up the great taste of a good cup of coffee because it is decaf.
I enjoy using Cafe Express. It is convenient and an efficient way to keep my home supplied with this great coffee.
The fact that Green Mountain is concerned with our environment is also an incentive for me to keep this association going to a very long time.
I have had my Keurig coffeemaker over a year now and will never go back! Since I am the only coffee drinker in the house, it is perfect. When I have friends over who drink coffee, I dazzle them with my carousel full of different kinds. Cafe Express is the answer to all my coffee dreams!
My husband & I have been Cafe Express members for quite some time now and we absolutely love it! As another poster stated we, too, purchased a Keurig machine and it’s great as well.
We like the convenience of home delivery; although, I must admit we got especially spoiled when our deliveries came within a day of shipment (originally) but now take 3-5 days longer due to your change in delivery systems. (Fed Ex to our local post office. Then delivery by them to our residence). However, I also understand the cost savings of this method. It just means we have to ration our coffee intake a bit more closely. Yes we could either order more often or more product. But at the moment we are unable to do so. But that’s OK. The most important thing is: we LOVE the coffee. I’m a coffee junkie and don’t know if that’s good or bad. :-). I’d take it intraveneously if I could!!! (Just kidding!).
As for the value, I calculated that we’re not saving any money. Yet, we’re not spending any more, either. The value comes with the fact that we can have a fresh-brewed cup of coffee any time we want; can choose which flavor-as can our friends and family when they come to visit; AND I’m not tossing half a pot of coffee down the sink because it sat too long and got bitter!
Bottom line: Value, flavor, quality, delivery, customer service, convenience. It’s ALL there. It’s a total win-win situation. Thank You Green Mountain!! Keep up the good work!!! You’ll have a customer for life!

I purchased a Keurig coffee machine in November 2008. It came with a variety of K-cup coffees which gave me a chance to try different blends. I discovered Green Mountain’s website and found my favorite, “Our Blend”. I joined Cafe Express and now enjoy your great coffee and the convenience of having the coffee delivered to my door. How great is that!
Green Mountain Coffee has spoiled me. A cup of coffe use to be a cup of coffee. Now after being introduced to Green Mountain “Extra Bold Sumatran Reserve” restaurant coffee just won’t cut it. My wife’s favorite is “Nantucket Blend” coupled with our Keurig Coffee Maker we have a win win situation. Olny wish we had this when we were living in New Hampshire. Those cold NH winters, a hot cup of GOOD COFFEE or hot cocoa would sure help to take the bite out of winter.
We love our new Keurig machine and all of the Kcup choices that are available. We’re absolutely head over heels with how fresh each cup of coffee always is. What we’re a little disappointed in is the length of time it takes us to get GM orders. We live on a military base in Japan. Keurig orders take ONE week to get here. My GM order was place 8/10 and we still havent seen it. Hopefully GM can do better in the future, we really like the idea of a service that sends the order at a set pace b/c we’d HATE to be out of our coffee!
We’ve been enjoying Cafe Express for over a year now and love everything about it. Not only do you get to enjoy the wonderful different flavors and seasonal flavors, you can change your order, get wonderful customer service and all delivered to your home. Our college bound son loved the K-cups so much we sent him off with a machine and K-cups. My favorite part of Cafe Express and K-cups is I don’t make coffee in the morning anymore, my husband brings me a hot steaming cup of my favorite flavor! What could get better.
Cafe Express is my little indulgence. What could be better than getting delicious coffee delivered to my door? I discovered Green Mountain on a trip to New England over a year ago, brought a few bags home, and soon signed onto Cafe Express. I love that I can try so many different coffees, and it is always delicious. The ordering process is so easy and the reminder e-mails are great.

First I have to say that Cafe Express is the best. Not worrying about having coffe in the am is a relief.
Next I want to comment on the coffee itself. My wife and I drink breakfast blend daily. Probabaly a little mild for most people but it is our favorite. Just this morning I was driving to work having my coffe and I said to myself, this coffee is great. It is the perfect flavor every time. No worries about too much or not enough, it’s the consistency that makes it worth talking about.
Our Kuerig machine was the next best decision we made to deciding on Green Mountain Breakfast Blend coffee. Green Mountain has taken drinking coffee into a flavor experience for me. Thank you
I love Cafe EXPRESS and I would LOVE it if the K-cups were marked for recycling, so I could recycle them when I’m done enjoying my Green Mountain Coffee!
I really like the Cafe Express program. I buy regular pods in bulk at Costco but could not find a good price for decaf. Cafe Express is the answer and since joining I’ve tried English Breakfast tea(really good) ,hot chocolate(weak),and most recently raspberry ice tea(haven’t tried it yet). I also like the easy flexibility of the program. I’ve changed items numerous times and delivery dates too. Simple.
And the per pod price is only slightly higher than Costco.
just want to buy coffee. anybody want to sell it? dont want to join orblog or chat just order coffee, How come it is so complicated,
how do i order coffee?
I love your coffee and the cafe express club. However, it seems that the updates to your website make it harder to manage my choices, delivery options, etc. I had to call your customer service for help with my order; which was the first time I’ve had to do that in over 2 years. I hope the issues get resolved by the time I have to place my next order.

Seems like the express process got more complicated. I was just getting used to selecting my coffee from the dropdown list and now I have to click multiple pages to find the one I want especially if I want decaf, reg, and tea. Am I missing something?
I’m also getting errors so that I cannot complete my updates.
I always stock up on the pumpkin spice decaf kcups – are they available this year?
