Fair Trade specialty coffee is playing a huge role in helping Rwanda recover from the aftermath of genocide. Hutus and Tutsis are working side-by-side, producing extraordinary coffee. Our own chief coffee buyer, Lindsey Bolger, has been instrumental in training Rwanda’s emerging coffee professionals. She has volunteered her time to teach Rwandans the fine art of “cupping.”
