Gingerbread, Spicy Eggnog and Holiday Blend, Oh My!

Alissa

‘Tis the season to treat others – and yourself – with the spirit of the holidays!  Green Mountain Coffee offers three delightful seasonal coffee choices for the this time of year: Holiday Blend, Spicy Eggnog, and Gingerbread.  Each coffee is roasted and blended to reflect the warmth and of this time of year – making a bag the perfect way to celebrate and pass along a little winter cheer!

My personal favorite is Gingerbread.  The rich spices pull me in for the holidays and it is most excellent when treated with a touch of cream, a touch of sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon to top it off.  Sadly, it’s only available until December 25, so I’m all over my Gingerbread coffee this week!

Plus don’t forget, all of these coffees are Fair Trade, so people far and wide will feel the generosity of your gift!

I’m really adoring the richness of the Holiday Blend, and now that I have the milk frother, I’ve been starting my day with either a Spicy Eggnog or Gingerbread latte. Well, I had to do SOMETHING when I ran out of Pumpkin Spice, you know!

I can’t decide which of the two is my favorite. My husband, however, wants me to pass on his love of the French Toast. He absolutely adores it.

I make a chocolate cake, my grandfather’s recipe, that calls for mayonnaise and coffee. I love that I can use my Keurig to get just the right amount of freshly brewed coffee instead of using instant. And I love even more that I can change the flavor of the cake to fit the holiday by using different K-cups. I just love you guys :)

I love all three! But, Spicy Eggnog is #1 for me. It’s always sold out in my local shops in CT, so, I’m buying “several” online…bags and K Cups too :) Happy Holidays!!

Hi Allissa…I am posting this blog to mine…I design dolls, so us doll makers drink a lot of coffee.

And in my Cafe Express, I ordered some spicy eggnog and loved it…not one
I would drink all day but a pleasent switch from a flavour coffee from the Donut series… I love that they are seasonal, cause it is one you welcome back each season…

    Hi there!

I like all the flavors, but you never mention Golden French Toast. I hope this flavor returns next year as both my Husband and I LOVE it!

    Hi Andrea ~

Fear not! Golden French Toast will be making a come-back in January! It is a part of our Winter Seasonal Coffee line. :)

I”m not a coffee drinker per se. My favorite drink right now if Pacific Chai Spice Chai Latte and Pacific Chai Decaff vanilla chai latte. What do you have that is closest to that drink. I just tried your Chai Latte and it is good, but not as much flavor as the Pacific Spiced . Thank You,

I just got the frother from Santa – and I would love to know what recipes you all are using! I’m somewhat limited by only drinking decaf coffees, but help me be creative, please!

Hi Lucy! I am glad you are enjoying the Holiday pack! Hope you liked the coffees! The Keurig Frother has some great reviews on our website, they should be able to help you out. Also… you inspired me to work on a blog posting (coming soon) on frothed recipes for coffee drinks! :) Keep watching the Green Mountain Coffee Blog for more…

    Hi Nancy-

I have not heard of the Pacific Chai Latte… did you get it at a coffee shop or at a store, which you then brewed up at home for your Keurig? Perhaps you could sprinkle a little nutmeg or cinnamon into the Green Mountain Coffee Chai Latte to at a little zest… (I always like to do that anyways, because it just makes me feel cool :) lol)
