ASOCAMPO: Growing Coffee and Putting Food on the Table

Thanks to the support GMCR is providing through Catholic Relief Services, the ASOCAMPO cooperative farmers and their families are now diversifying the use of their land, and in addition to growing coffee are growing food to eat and to sell, as an additional source of income.

Cupping is the sensory evaluation of coffee using a rigorous, objective set of protocols that helps everyone in the supply chain fairly and accurately judge and grade coffee.
